How Much Capacity Do You Need?
Two specifications determine which portable power station is right for you.
Battery Capacity: Wh
Watt-hours indicate approximately how much energy the battery can store. More watt-hours generally mean a longer runtime.
Output Power: W
Watts indicate how much power the station can deliver at one time. Your appliance must remain below the continuous output, while its starting peak must remain below the peak output.
A practical runtime estimate is:
Battery capacity × 0.85 ÷ device consumption = approximate runtime
For example, a 308Wh power station powering a 25W Starlink Mini provides approximately 308 × 0.85 ÷ 25 = approximately 10.5 hours.
Actual runtime depends on temperature, conversion losses, battery condition and the behaviour of the connected device.

What is a portable power station?

What is the difference between a power bank and a power station?
A power bank is mainly intended for USB devices such as phones and tablets. A power station has greater battery capacity and can also provide 230V electricity for compatible laptops, coolers, televisions and other appliances.
What is a solar generator?
A solar generator combines a rechargeable power station with one or more solar panels. The panels produce electricity, while the power station stores it and makes it available through 230V, USB or 12V outputs.
Can I use a Mobisun power station indoors?
Yes. A battery power station does not burn fuel or produce exhaust fumes during normal use. Always place it on a stable surface and follow the operating instructions.
Can a power station run a refrigerator?
That depends on the normal consumption and starting peak of the refrigerator. Compressor appliances can briefly require substantially more power when starting. Check both the continuous and peak output before connecting one.
Can I use a Mobisun while it is charging?
The Pro Air, Pro Classic and Pro Air 2.0 support pass-through charging, allowing compatible devices to remain connected while the battery is being charged.
Are Mobisun power stations waterproof?
The Pro Air and Pro Classic are IP54-rated for protection against dust and splashing water. The Pro Air 2.0 has an IP67-rated housing. Protection ratings apply only when the product is used correctly and all ports and covers are properly closed.
Which power station is best for camping?
Choose the Pro Air when low weight is most important, the Pro Classic when you need longer runtime at modest power, or the Pro Air 2.0 when you need more output, stronger weather protection and 100W USB-C charging.
