- Order before 17:00: shipped same day
- Shipping costs: €4.95 — free from €50
- Shipping partners: PostNL, DHL
Belgium and Luxembourg
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days
- Shipping costs: €6.95 — free from €75
Germany and France
- Delivery time: 3-5 business days
- Shipping costs: €9.95 — free from €100
Other EU countries
- Delivery time: 4-7 business days
- Shipping costs: €14.95 — free from €150
Outside EU (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
- Delivery time: 5-15 business days
- Shipping costs: on request — we calculate the best rates with DHL/UPS/FedEx
- Import costs: may apply (customs duties, VAT) — at recipient's expense
Track & trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. You can track your package in real time via our shipping partner's website.
