Import duties do not apply to countries within the European Union.
Other countries within Europe and the rest of the world.
Currently, we do not ship to countries outside the European Union.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (minus our shipping costs) or exchange the product for another, similar or not. You can return a product up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.
Steps to take for return:
1) Fill out the return form below with your name, order number, email address and reason for return and click send. You will receive the return form in your mailbox.
2) print out the return form (which you received by email) and return it along with the product (properly and securely packed in the original packaging and outer box) to the following address:
