Shipping and returns
Have questions about a placed order or return? If so, please contact us and have your order number handy. You can reach us at our phone number or email address. Please read our delivery and return conditions beforehand.
Complaint handling
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you experienced it. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to communicate your complaint to the customer contact department via e-mail. This can be done by e-mail, regular mail and/or telephone. Our customer contact staff will review the complaint and attempt to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.

Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, should it take longer, we will notify you.
Should you not appreciate this, you can also always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which Mobisun.com is affiliated. Should the mediation attempt not lead to a satisfactory solution for any reason, there is the possibility of submitting your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
Repair Service
At Mobisun, we strive to ensure that all of our products are in top condition.
However, should you encounter a defect or problem, our repair service will be there for you.
We perform repairs on a carry-in basis, which means the following applies:
Bringing the product: You should bring your product to our service center or send it to us at your own expense. When the repair is complete, we will notify you so you can pick up the repaired product again.
Repair Process: Once your product arrives at our facility, our qualified technicians perform a thorough inspection and diagnosis. We will keep you informed of the repairs needed and the expected turnaround time.
Cost: If your product is still under warranty, repair costs will be covered by Mobisun. If the repair is out of warranty, you will receive an estimate in advance so there are no surprises.
We are committed to providing fast and effective service so that your product is back in working order as soon as possible.
